What an amazing experience. Our trailer brakelights stopped working and we were close to this location what a blessing that was. Staff was exceptional lounge was incredible and pricing was very fair!! 10/10 might just break down again to come back!!

Nick provided outstanding service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help locate a hard-to-find radiator that was on backorder and took the time to research every available option to get our customer back up and running as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, Nick was knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive with communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and worked diligently to coordinate shipping and find the best solution. His dedication and willingness to help made what could have been a very challenging situation much easier. It's rare to come across someone who is so committed to customer service and genuinely invested in finding a solution. We brought Truck #029 to Truck Centers Freightliner in South Bend, IN because it was in a 55 MPH derate due to an aftertreatment issue. Ironically, the truck had just been at another Freightliner dealer for a similar problem. Truck Centers kept the truck for 2.5 days and charged us approximately $6,500. After all that time and money, the truck went back into a 55 MPH derate less than 100 miles after leaving their shop. As a fleet owner, this is beyond frustrating. We invest heavily in maintaining our trucks and keeping the aftertreatment systems working properly because we want to do things the right way. These aftertreatment system has been around for well over a decade. It's difficult to understand how a Freightliner dealer that works on these trucks every single day can return a truck to service without actually fixing the root cause of the problem. Instead, we lost valuable time, paid a substantial repair bill, and ended up with the exact same issue almost immediately.

About couple of weeks ago I was on I80 headed to the east coast when I started noticing my truck acting up. I google nearest dealership and came across this one. I checked in around 5ish pm to get truck looked at. I was so grateful that I was able to sleep in my truck vs hotel cause that can be speedy. Make a long story short differential took a beat that got that fixed plus took advantage of replacing dpf filters and if im in the area and need a shop to fix truck I will be back. But over was happy with everything only thing I didn't like was communicating via email even though I was their vs getting a phone but that's besides the point. Im a happy camper at the end by the way I wish I could name everyone that helped and was nice but I didn't get name but Thanks to the whole Crew..

Friendly staff willing to help,, place is very clean and lot of rooms for even to drop ur trailer around the back of the shop. The place is awesome and clean, they have coffee machine, customer lounge is very nice,, it has shower, laundry, washroom as well as nice big TV with Netflix subscription, silent room,, I liked it very much,, they have been thoughtful and provided everything in the lounge that trucker required. Thank you Truck Center. But, make sure u request them to advice their technician to be little bit respectful when entering someones truck to atleast lay down those foot mat they have been provided for to use,, the tech working on my truck steeped inside my bunk with his muddy boot that I have to go to the front desk and request.. I don't blame the people inside,, this is a common sense of the person who is doing it,, (that is our home, we live in that, I am sure he will not like someone entering his bedroom with muddy boot). So please respect our work space and our sleeping area.. Hope they will keep this in mind going forward...
